> I own unit 36a Walpole Street, Waltham. These overgrown trees from 40 Walpole Street Waltham are creating a havoc for us. Gutter is always blocked due to leaves falling on roof as well as we are not getting any sunlight through windows into our bedrooms. We have to turn lights on even in the day time. Also the driveway is always messy with dry leaves falling from these trees. I have verbally requested to the occupant of this property to do the trimming of these trees up to the fence but no any action has been taken. I am also adding here that I moved out from this unit due to the same reasons and then I rent this property out. Tenants are also raising the same concerns as no one is willing to live in these conditions. Now when I am trying to sell this property, most of the buyers are also raising the same concern too. This becomes my headache now. Kindly, help me to get this sorted through Councils involvement on priority basis as it is now a matter concern of healthy living.
