# Litter, 5 Lois Place, Richmond, Christchurch 8013, New Zealand

Richmond, Christchurch · filed 8 February 2024 · report 4256737
https://www.chch.live/report/4256737

> This is in red zone across the road from 15 Flesher Ave. It's in amongst shrubs that you can see from Lois Pl but heading away from Nth Avon. One of pics is from me standing at rubbish looking at Lois Pl. An old guys sleeps in here under an old tent cover every evening and dumps his rubbish all round under trees in this red zone. Wanders around ranting to himself and looking for his stuff. Bit concerning ad no facilities in this area.
