> In this location (north side of Northcote Road, at the pedestrian crossing lights near Lydia Street), a driver regularly parks their vehicle on the footpath and berm. I’ve seen the vehicle parked there last two evenings (7:15pm on 7/2/23 and 9:15pm on 8/2/23) and as well as multiple other evenings). FYI, I’ve zoomed into the photo the registration looks like it has a date of 2021! (surely that cannot be correct?). Cable ties on the bumper, guessing warrant is not up to date?
