> To whom it may concern. It has now been two years since I reported a dangerous telecommunications pit in the footpath at the corner of Idris Road and Wairakei Road. My previous complaints appear to have disappeared with the upgrade of Snap Send Solve. Please arrange for this pit to be repaired and made safe. I'm surprised no one has been injured to date.
