# General Request, 4 Gunwelloe Lane, Burwood, Christchurch 8083, New Zealand

Burwood, Christchurch · filed 9 February 2024 · report 4263585
https://www.chch.live/report/4263585

> Hi, We have an issue of an empty section at 4 gunwelloe lane being used as a camping ground. The owner of the section is leasing it out to 2 plus groups of people staying in a caravan and a bus. The owner does not live there and is illegally renting it out as a campground. One of the people has been there for over a year. We urgently need to be sorted as this is a clear breech of planning rules and laws.
