> VW polo has been parked outside 343 Hereford for months and has not moved. There is a note on the dashboard saying it will be moved. We have approached the neighbours to ask if it’s theirs and it is not. They have said it’s been there for 6 months. We would like this vehicle moved as it is right outside our property and taking up valuable parking spaces!
