> Dangerous pine trees on Bowenvale reserve pose a real risk of falling onto my house at 18 Yelverton place putting property and lives at risk. On Saturday evening Feb 10, 2024 two huge branches crashed to the ground just metres from my house. The remaining trees which tower over my home remain a very real risk during windy weather. Further branches or entire trees could fall at any time.
