> Storm water drains repeatedly flooding with rain. Photo on Clark Street at the corner with Colenso St. Water recedes as drys up but floods as rains. Ongoing & NOT resolved. Someone from council will come out and the area will look fine again once rain stops but the drains need sorting out. This issue is being ignored as it is repetitive.
