> I am concerned that Canal Reserve Drain as I used to know it when I was in the Drainage Board seems to be left to get silted up and rubbish etc left to accumulate. It’s a wonder that anything survives in this mess. Not only here but also the length of drain towards city. Closer to Estuary is slowly silting up as well. What will happen in a good flood?
