> Refer ; Water Supply 426242 As with many older homes in Christchurch built before 1970 ,our water pipes are galvanized steel pipes which will have a shorter working life if the CCC insist on using chlorine in our water supply. Who will pay for installation & replacement of our homes water pipes? I changed one of the pipelines in our home in Dec 2012 and still have 2 of the pipes which were removed. No rust inside the old pipes.
