> I work for City Care and weedeat the grass berm under council contract on Crossland Terrace. The resident at 15a College Road (corner of College Road and Crossland Terrace) throws vegetation over their fence routinely and leaves it there. This has happened on multiple occasions. At the moment there is old fennel, grass and other vegetation there.
