> Two issues. Cave terrace is being significantly narrowed by vegetation including pampas grass going to seed. Dangerous for cars cyclists and push chairs. This is the only access for push chairs up moncks spur. There is no footpath Secondly the drain at bottom of road is significantly blocked. Thx
