> Dog attacked my dog. Mine was on a short leash. Other dog was off leash with its owners. It saw my dog and ran 100 m across the road viciously growling barking and nipped my dog. The owner had to pull it off. They have two dogs. Both are dangerous and vicious. This has happened several times before, same dog each time. It's attacked other dogs & killed ducks in our suburb too. They live at 6 Vesper lane Yaldhurst. They are never on a leash owners have no control. Dangerous to humans & animals
