> Alleyway between Garreg Road and St. Winfreds Pl. Fence in alleyway is damaged and a timber fence rail protrudes a 1/5th of the way across alley way. Someone has lent two pallets up to deflect you running or cycling into fence rail. I realise that fence may be responsibility of land owner next door but been like this for months and getting worse. Accident waiting to happen.
