> Sand hills have been on Sumner Esplanade for over a month making access for people in wheelchairs wanting to move down the esplanade walkway very difficult. Also a tripping hazard for older people or people with walking disability. Also many POTHOLEs. I tripped in one in Sept 2023 and ended up at doctors and physio and it is STILL there. I can provide Acc documentation if tequired Location is Sumner Esplanade between Nayland and Menzies st
