> As per photos, car is parked on a fire hydrant. This owner works nearby and parks in this parking area frequently as I am also in area and see him parked here often. I am not in the habit of trying to ruin someone's day especially as this person is a local worker however given the fire dangers at time of this photo (port hills fires) and as a principle, this should not be allowed. He should get a warning so he is aware and does not do again. Thank you.
