> Road workers started working at 9.30pm around 1059 Colombo St. Noise is extremely loud in our house on the other side of the block. Has woken up whole household. They are using concrete grinders (very loud for extended periods) and jackhammers since 9.30pm, it’s now 10pm and they are still banging loudly and jackhammering. I think it is past the time they can make this much noise?
