Duvauchelle, Christchurch · filed 16 February 2024 · report 4292488

> Loose dog on public road. Jumped out at me barking and growling. I felt threatening / unsafe so didn’t complete my run. This dog has chased other locals previously. I’ve been told by local that the owner is at 75 Barry’s bay road & other reports to ccc have been done
