> The rubbish bin at Waimairi Surf Club is so full it’s now jammed. Bags of dog poo picked up by owners cannot be deposited into bins and can be found blowing down path to beach. I picked a bag up on the path and tried to put it in the bin but failed. Had to drop it beside the bin. No doubt, with this wind, it will find its way to the sea/shore in no time. Please empty bin
