> Kia ora, I have previously reported dumped rubbish on the street by my neighbours. It was cleared and now, I see that they have dumped a new lot outside our properties on the street and on the grass. Is there a course of action we can take to stop this from happening? The rubbish is beginning to encroach on my property. Thanks
