> Hi I own3/19 Swanns Rd. The adjoining property 4/19 has a leak in its roof which is going into my tenanted unit and affecting weather tightness. 4/19 also has squatters and a mountain of rubbish and I am worried about my tenants safety. Can you please contact the owner and ask them to rectify immediately to prevent further damage to my unit Or can you please provide me the owners details so that I can contact them to arrange. Regards Phil Hodder 027 407 6995
