> These vehicles were parked in the park 30 for over an hour from 1.45 and then till 230 when I drove back past. No one seems to abide by the signs it's like this every day :( not very helpfull for kirkwood school pickups there's no where to stop for 2minutes to collect your child cause these cars park there half the day , I drive around from 130 and wait till 3 just to find a normal un metered park it's unfair they park here with no parking enforcement:(
