The mains sit beside the mailbox of 19 Rochdale St. Caps to water boxes also do not fit well and frequently fall off which is a trip hazard for pedestrians and our children who ride their bikes there. Please sort this time as the previous inspector didn’t open the boxes and did nothing to resolve the issue
