Wigram, Christchurch · filed 22 February 2024 · report 4320685
https://www.chch.live/report/4320685

> This area is a problem for the elderly man who is sick of the rubbish and overgrown shrubs. He caught a man using the area as a toilet, that was the last straw! This man has been told he can tidy it up if it is bothering him! He's not able nor should he have to do this!
