> Hi there, my neighbor left his rubbish in front of my house on the berm at night, an old bulky tv and a led monitor in a trolley and a bag don’t know what’s inside, this is not the first time they have done so, my husband called police last time, the police said they would record it but they didn’t come, my husband was very angry about this so he putted those back this time on their berm. But I think I should report this, cause I think they will throw those back again. Thank you!
