> This "leak" is more like a stream and has been going on for months! It is worst on downhill end of Lulworth but still leaking to a lesser extent, from the upper end. It's ridiculous that we're strongly encouraged to save water and billed for excess useage when this leak will be leaking hundreds, if not thousands of litres a day!
