> It has just taken my daughter approx 21 minutes to make a right hand turn from Marshland Rd in to Prestons Rd as there was no right turn arrow phase for several light changes and a large volume of traffic coming through the intersection preventing the concrete truck in the front of the queue from getting round. Eventually the concrete truck and a few cars got round on the red arrow. Why does the green arrow not activate with each green phase? This is very frustrating!
