> Public rubbish bins on Eastern / Waimea terraces need to be emptied more frequently. Twice daily might be appropriate from autumn through spring... as these photos show the current situation is inadequate and a public health hazard. There are multiple schools on the river, and half of the city seem to walk their dogs here.
