# Graffiti, 2/163 Worcester Street, Christchurch Christchurch 8011, New Zealand

Christchurch Christchurch, Christchurch · filed 28 February 2024 · report 4350620
https://www.chch.live/report/4350620

> A real estate company has placed a large ‘for sale’ sign outside the property of 2/163 Worcester street. This sign faces Rauora park and is not actually on Worcester street as the address suggests. The land is not part of the Worcester Terraces complex. If it was on the Worcester Terraces complex it would not be allowed as it is against the body corp rules.
