> Higgins just finished works on this section of Halswell Junction Rd. You need to drive and inspect it. The finish is worse than the road was previously (and it wasn't great before). It's awful to drive in a car let alone in a truck. This requires inspection and repair. Is very undulated and uncomfortable to drive on. Considering it was a total base layer and resurfacing it's a shocking finish. Do not pay the bill until remedied!
