> Vegetation overhanging the footpath makes it particularly difficult for people using Scooters and Wheelchairs to get past. On Saturday the gentleman on the scooter had his leg gashed by the vegetation. He was close to the curb which could have compounded further if he miss judged. Using the other side of the road is not really an option as cars are regularly partially parked on the footpath as shown in the second photograph.
