> Barking dog, potentially distressed by something. The owners seem to be home, with lights and music on but not responding to us knocking on the door for requests to calm the dog down. This happens often late at nights with no proactive action from the owners. All the neighbours are absolutely fed up with these dog owners. Please keep me anonymous, as there may be retaliation.
