Reported it to UC security on the 1st&2nd day, have put a cone over it a number of times, even after discussing it with the Fulton hogan employee, yet it still hasn't been rectified. As you see it is a pipe, neutral in colour, sticking out of the path at least 10cm, which could result in a serious injury, for cyclists, those on a scooter or pedestrians, crossing the road. rang CCC.
