> I noticed the ground near the water meter was wet but nothing else was. I dug up some dirt and I can't find any pipes but the edge of my newly dug hole has water seeping in from the pavement side where the water meter is located. About a cup has filled in the last 30 mins. Definitely coming from the sidewalk side.
