> Kia Ora, I'd like to know who is responsible for allowing a digger onto the beach adjacent Bellamy Ave which has destroyed and removed several popular natural features - a buried tree, and a driftwood structure and generally made a mess. Would like to know why. And why budget is expended on completely unnecessary beach meddling. STOP!!!
