> Tap in sand pit at base of new Brighton Pier steps is constantly leaking. It you remove the tap completely can I have back the $10 brass female cap that I put on the tap a couple of years ago. I assume the repair will be done by Citycare staff. If so the service person can return it to me via Citycare reception as I also work at Citycare. Thank you Kieran Scott
