> This an abandoned large property at 16 blakes rd belfast. I just went for a nosy look and saw water coming out of front door down steps. Checked in side rear of house and observed leaking pipes in side old wrecked cupboard. Unable to locate any street turnoff valves. Of great concern is the obvious years of abandonment and the massive potential waste of water in current Council water usage demand and leaks. Its alarming that this property is left to rack and ruin. HOW many more like this????
