> Hi team. The attached vehicle QCC253 has been parked unattended for four weeks outside 41 Whitby Street, Burnside. It is in breach of Land Transport (Road User) rule 2004 section 6.1. (without due to and consideration). Under section 270(1)b of the Crimes Act 1961, it is endangering other vehicles when entering the intersection boundary with Dunster St. I would appreciate the registered owner be contacted to have the vehicle removed.
