> I was walking my dog on opposite side of road White and brown dog rushed out the drive of 92 Northcote Road into traffic nearly been hit by Ute. Ute had to heavily brake very close to hitting dog i yelled at it run back up its driveway. This is the third time it’s happened but first time it was nearly hit by cars
