> Hi, more and more people are ignoring the 8am-9am no-parking zone in Arthur St between Hansons Ln and Middleton Grange. It has gotten progressively worse since the beginning of the 2024 school year. Recently the illegal parking on both sides of Arthur St close to the intersection with Hansons Ln, along with people trying to turn right from Arthur St caused traffic to become completely backed up beyond Middleton Grange's gate towards Middleton Rd, taking 5-10 minutes to clear.
