> A Van has been parking at the bend of Highfield Place for a long time, day and night.. Because it is at the bend and it’s a big van, it has block visibility of another car coming opposite way, especially when another side of the road also has parked car. The road will reduce to 1 lane with poor visibility. Luckily, residents drives slow and avoid accidents. We also has a lot of children on the street. It is just not safe. Maybe you can help give the owner the warning and get him to park a bit further down the street, so it doesn’t block the road/ increase visibility and safety. It’s a commercial van, not sure why it has parked there day and night. Thanks,
