> There is a stormwater drain outside the entrance to the park on Richardson Tce and it’s blocked causing street flooding. I cleared the leafs from the grate but the blockage must be the outlet into the river. The grass might be blocking it because it hasn’t been cut around the drains. The other drains on the street are draining so it’s not the tide height stopping the draining.
