> I was walking down the track in Settlers Reserve by the estuary when I saw a dog in a fenced area up behind the industrial area. There was no one around, although a portacom was within the fenced area. The dog seemed fine, albeit missing an eye, but it seemed strange. Lots of building supplies and other things in the fenced area alongside many dog toys.
