> Cleaning of street gutters. Tree debris and bird excrement. Now the 4th report made regarding this issue with no response or action taken. Dudley Street street gutters are confirmed by CCC and Papanui Innes Community Board as being on a fortnightly cycle for cleaning. This has not occurred for over two months. Contractor working in this area has confirmed they will facilitate the cleaning. This has been escalated with the Community Board again. Please arrange cleaning of street gutters ASAP
