> I am a Health Protection Officer in Christchurch for the National Public Health Service. On regular surveillance of the area, these things were noticed. They are a big risk for Mosquito breeding in an area where international vessels arrive daily. Tyres and containers of standing water are ideal breeding sites. This area of tyres needs to be tidied up. I understand it is Council land. Please let me know who I should speak to about this. Penny.Howes@cdhb.health.nz
