> Since done work was done a week or so ago to fix a leak farther down the road near the bus stop, a new active leak has formed - see attached photo. The water is likely to freeze over in upcoming frosts and this could cause a catastrophic accident for a driver or worse to schoolchildren or other people standing at the bus stop if a car slides on a sheet of ice and loses control.
