> This is a regular occurrence. The drains are not cleaned. They are supposed to be cleaned each month. However, each rates payment I seen through our request to have the drains cleaned. I’m get the same response each time that these are contracted out. Surely this is the responsibility of the council to follow up And ensure that the job is done ?
