> I add this to the earlier Snap send to provide some idea of the amount of leaves blocking the drain. The leaves have definite signs of being weeks old not days as are breaking down. Hence evidence of poor clearance or non clearance when I had requested. It would be good if contractor listens to the ultimate customer - rate payer not just CCC
