> Kia ora, It's not a damaged road, but I didn't know what other category to use. The pump head at the Bike Fix-it station on High St isn't working for the skinny Presta valves. The women I just helped were trying to pump up a soft tyre, and instead it let the tyre down completely. I tried as well as I 100% know how to use these pumps and also couldn't make it work. I think the pump head, or perhaps just the rubber seals, need replacing. Thanks Anne
