> Hi there. Fantastic seeing slightly less graffiti around ( although the same ol' posters and stickers on every central city power or light poles ). I've noticed this issue on my riverside walk near the Antigua Boat Sheds. Is this a design fault with this path? Or a water leak? Thanks again for the work put in to removing the work of vandals and spray can addicts.
